When making a booking request, you can add an introductory message.
Once a booking is pending or in progress, you can then continue to talk to the owner using the Fleet Messages tab.
The messaging tab is where you should confirm the time and place for pick-up and drop-off and discuss any other details related to the rental.
We strongly suggest using this service rather than personal phones or alternatives as it serves as a record that can be used in the unfortunate case of a dispute.
If you encounter difficulty reaching an owner, please contact Fleet support using chat, and we will talk to the owner directly on your behalf.
