It is very important that you meet the time agreed on the rental to the best of your ability to ensure a smooth transfer process and experience for all.
We do understand however that both owners and drivers may sometimes be late, here is what to know if that happens with a driver.
First thing to do is message the person that is waiting using the fleet messaging app tell them you are going to be late and be as accurate as possible with an adjusted time.
If the owner is late arriving - If the owner does not arrive after an agreement has been made and accepted, unless they have contacted or rearranged adequately, they will be charged no less than the administration fees applied on the rental and the driver will get a full refund.
If the owner is late for the return - The driver will have the possibility to file a dispute through the app for a partial refund on the rental fee depending on varying circumstances.
If within a reasonable time you are waiting too long and the other party does not show up and does not contact you at all, you are welcome to contact fleet support and ask for advice or leave.
