The driver is required to pay for tickets and fines incurred during the rental period.
Drivers must contact you directly using the app's messaging service to inform you of any accrued or outstanding charges.
If you become aware of a pending fee, such as a toll charge, please contact the driver using the app to arrange payment.
Should a driver fail to contact you in time or agree payment, please contact Fleet customer support along with any relevant documentation.
Where a fixed charge notice is issued (e.g. for a speeding or parking fine), the owner may complete the 'Statement of Nomination of Name and Address of Driver of Vehicle' section of any notice to nominate the renter. Be sure to verify that the dates coincide exactly with the rental period.
