It is very important that you meet at the time agreed on the rental to the best of your ability to ensure a smooth transfer process.
We do understand, however, that both owners and drivers may sometimes be late. Here is what to do if that happens.
Should you be late, contact the person waiting using the Fleet messaging app to let them know you're running late. Be as accurate as possible with an adjusted time.
If the driver is late arriving or lacks a valid driving license, the owner is not obligated to proceed with the rental and the driver is not entitled to a refund.
If the driver is late returning, they may be charged a fee by the owner if a dispute is filed and accepted by Fleet.
If the other party does not show up within a reasonable amount of time and does not contact you, please contact Fleet support to seek advice.
