When an owner and driver commit to the rental, it is their duty to honour it to the best of their ability.
We understand that in some circumstances cancellations may be unavoidable.
If a driver cancels a rental:
More than 48 hours prior to pick up - You will receive a full refund minus the Fleet administration fee, which is 15% of the total rental fee not including insurance.
Less than 48 hours prior to pick up - You will receive a full refund minus the first day’s rental and the Fleet administration fee, which is 15% of the total rental fee not including insurance.
Drivers are only entitled to a refund prior to check in. If the driver has completed the handover process by checking in and then cancels the rental, they will not receive any refund.
Please note: failure to bring a valid driving license is considered a cancellation of the driver, not the owner, should the rental not proceed as a result.
