The driver is responsible and must pay for any and all toll charges, parking tickets or motoring fines incurred during the rental period.
M50 toll fees can be paid directly before 8 PM the following day by using the eFlow website and entering the car's registration.
In the event the owner receives a fine after the rental period which was not declared by the driver, please contact the owner immediately to arrange payment over the app's messaging service. Where this is not possible, please contact Fleet support at email@example.com.

*Admin fee is waived where driver and owner come to mutual agreement during rental period. Fleet reserves the right to charge an administration fee to cover loss of revenue and costs incurred where a driver fails to notify the other parties and/or resolve an outstanding charge before the rental's end.
** Note: after midnight on a rental's return date, the renter is no longer insured to drive and is fully liable for any damage or traffic violations. Renters will be charged a €55-per-callout fee - in addition to late fees - where a vehicle is not returned to the agreed location. This fee may be increased depending on distance from a vehicle's original drop-off location.
Gross misuse of the platform may also result in financial penalty and reimbursement. Examples of gross misuse include, but are not limited to: actions resulting in loss of revenue to the platform / Fleet owners, criminality, fraudulent activity, government penalties, environmental damage, bringing the platform into disrepute, and any other actions in violation of the Fleet terms of service and insurance agreement.
